Our Post Production Process
Our production process is systematic and with stringent controls to ensure that every piece produced in the plant is of supreme quality and meets the defined criteria for high quality end products. We engage the automated plants with sophisticated instruments to control the production process. So the plants concerned produce products with utmost quality and consistency.

Each glove is tested for defects - Quality AQL 0.65
Powder free -Polymer coated
Polymer Coated to eliminate allergy from protein and powder
Sterilization
GAMMA rays treated for better Sterilisation and safety
Packaging
Packed in peel open superior grade paper pouch to protect the nature from plastic pollution
Batch Testing
AQL:0.65 for Premium and AQL:1.5 for mid premium Gloves
